My Mission
I believe Yoga is for everyone, and every body. As we learn to better control our minds and bodies through meditation and physical asana, we simultaneously cultivate more joy and inner-peace, both on and off our mats. I feel empowered and excited to guide my students in their journeys of self-growth, mindfulness, and wellness.
