For me, that radical life change came eight years into my advertising career when I was deep into the NYC hustle. I was asked to go to the gym by a friend on a New Years resolution mission. I started working out and going to yoga classes, and immediately noticed a 180 in my health and outlook. I was hooked—yoga became an integral part of my life.
